I let my wife take our 4 kids out of state.it was better for them at the time.we didnt show up for the divorce.its been over 1 1/2 years.i send money. but weve kept it out of the courts.she has been gone so long im now thinking we should just finalize it.dont really know what to do.am i gonna open up a can of worms with child support if i file?she is very reasonable but are there certain agencys that will atack me even if she tells them to but out?
