In celebration of Valentines Day, and to all my new friends in the UK I say 'wo ai ni'.

When yours starts, mine will nearly be over. I plan to spend it with my two beautiful boys. Seeing the laughter on their faces, and the the joy in their hearts is worth more than a dozen half dead roses or a naff card from Hallmark, and are memories which I will cherish for ever.

Remember that love comes in many forms and we can all find it in our lives!

Love yourself each day and enjoy Valentine's Day!
