For those who want a good hot meal thats healthy and ready for when you want it. Buy a slow cooker .......wish I'd had one years ago! Bung what you want in a pot and cook while out about six hours later hot healthy meal .....try adding white or red wine with stock or even a can of bitter with the stewing steak.yum yum

How about putting our exes into the slow cooker - and after 6 hours maybe they will turn out into a soft and pleasant repast, instead of the chewy tough bitter flavour that is hard to swallow

My Ex took the slow cooker when she left, I ended up with the steamer. I wonder if 15 minutes steaming would turn her into something tender....doubt it!!
