My daugther is going on a school trip to Sicily tomorrow. As part of a farewell meal tonight we made very scrummy chocolate mousse. Very easy to make and very very rich and chocolatey!!.....Not really Healthy eating though!

Ingredients are 150g mini marshmallows, 50g butter, 250g good dark chocolate, 60ml hot water (from kettle), 284 ml double cream, 1 tbl vanilla extract.

Put the marshmallows, butter, chocolate (break into small pieces) and water into a saucepan, and melt the contents till nice and gooey.

At the same time whip the cream and vanilla extract, when thick, fold in the gooey chocolate mixture.

Put into dishes and chill in the fridge to set.

Enjoy!!

think we will try this next weekend - ban goes any hope of losing a few pounds, oh well....

That's a big block! I'd say that's a 10k run but I'd eat two so 20 for me
