Now my whole world has been turned up side down.... for months I've been reading your posts hearing a Glaswegian accent... where did I get that from?!

Ok, now I'm attentively listening to a Geordie accent... and your 'stop smoking' methods are certainly imaginative... good luck... looking forward to reading more as my partner has just started smoking again after having given up 2 years ago.... of the joys of a stressful divorce... so I'll be passing on your tips!

I got rid of the evil drug in 2000 - and can totally recommend a visit to an Allen Carr clinic.
They explain how cleverly the nicotine addiction works and gives you a quick nap in a dark room that is meant to be some hynotherapy. Whatever it is - it works, and has for the five of my friends that have quit this way too.
However my stbx did it at the same time and is back on the fags ever since she started her affair ... enough said.
