I have always been on the overweight side of normal, tried ALL the diets under the sun but these last few months I am losing weight without even trying.
My stomach is in knots and I don't have that hungry feeling. I have to really think to eat or encourage my friend to go out otherwise I would forget.
Is anyone else in the same position and when will it stop? I don't want to lose my curves:P

I'm 2 and a half months into this fun ride and have lost 2 and a half stone so far. I'm hoping it doesn't stop till I'm back to my pre STBX weight

I've been on a different diet plan for about 9 months, started putting on weight (slowly) a few months after we separated.

When I was going through the turmoil of separation but still living together, eating lost its appeal for a while. The day I moved into a place of my own my mum told me to spoil myself with a ready meal, I carried on:ohmy: I also had a constant stock of snacks that I frequented.

Thankfully I was taken in hand late last year by another peep. Following much late night messaging, often about food but also about things, I started feeling better about life. I took more interest in what I ate and started to cook for pleasure.

I'm pretty much living off ready meals again, and pleased to have lost a bit of weight recently. Both are down to work rather than my personal life, hope to have that in control in a few months.

I'm sure once you get through this trauma your appetite, and curves, will return.

Do try to take care of yourself.

I lost around about 2 stone over the last couple of months, being a gentleman I am not too bothered about loosing my curves :)Looks like its quite a common effect, and probably a sign of stress. I found for a long time I just couldn't face eating, but I started to become quite unwell...so I really had to make an efort to eat at least enough calories to stay stable-ish. It would be interesting to know how many peeps here either stop eating or confort eat.

I know that like most of us here, I have battles ahead and I've started to focus on keeping myself in shape both in mind and body.

Take care

Ohhh I have the opposite problem to this, I cant stop eating :(hubby left me a year ago and Ive turned into a food junkie. Every weekend my little one goes to her daddies and I stock up with goodies and just eat and eat and eat from the moment they drive off till the time she comes home. I find it quite depressing and a terrible dent on my self esteem because I have piled on tremendous amounts of weight!
If one more person looks at me and says 'well you will have to lose some wieght now you've got to find a new partner' I think I may posibly scream!

I did notice a guy (his profile piccy looks like an actor holding a sword) had posted something about losing quite alot of weight and did think about messaging him for some...moral support maybe? I dont know what to do really, I know Im not in the same situation as yourselves, but they are both unhealthy eating cycles I just wonder how we can get back onto an even keel :(
