How are the x-fumiphiles who gave up smoking in the New Year getting on?

It''s now over 11 weeks for me and I still don''t feel as good as I did when smoking. Not only that but I''ve been to the doctor a gew times for odds and sods that never happened while I was smoking.

My theory that Nicotine is beneficial for the human organism still holds. In a selfless act of heroism and for the good of the human race, I shall continue to avoid Nicotine to test this theory, no matter the peril - well, alright, only until the peril becomes too perilous for me.

Young,
Get a vapouriser cigarette.
You just inhale pure nicotine without any of the poisonous stuff in the cigarettes.Like the carbon monoxide and chemicals.
Google electronic cigarettes.
Gave up a month ago personally due to cost.Had to keep the ex harridan tax free holiday fund payment going so the fags had to go.
I''m breathing better in out in out that''s the key to it!!
All the best
HRH xx

Hi YA,

It''s still going fine in that I haven''t had a puff since 1st January. I don''t conciously think about fags very much now & the skin is better thank goodness :-). Yay, not regressing after all!

However, I am replacing my getting home from work fag with A getting home from work glass of wine so need to make sure I don''t substitute one bad habit for another. The exercise was goINg well until I injured myself 3 weeks ago & only just feeling like I might be able to go for a run again.

Still, with 37p going on a packet of fags from last week, giving up is definitely a good thing!

Keep at it!

Dazed.

Smoking is a very bad habit in human nature and it kills you very slowly and in a very bad way, hope these kits helps those persons who are sick of this smoking habit.
