I thought this would be a good time to raise this post as autumn nights are drawing well and true.
Ive recently gone back to one thing I love the gym...3 times a week trying to up it to 4 if time allows.
I would seriously recommend doing some form of exercise to everyone on here it helps you not only on the outside but on the inside as well.
Some people hate the gym and I can totally understand that but there are classes as well one of which is my favourite Zumba and yes these can be for men as well.

Im a member of virgin but I know there are cheaper options in different areas of the country. Ive never felt better since ive gone back and for those of you that feel a tad lonely its a great place to meet people and take that first step on that long jounery.

I think the best thing of all is it takes your mind off everything....

I totally agree with you. The gym got me through the darkest days in the early weeks of my separation, and I honestly don''t know what I would have done without the regular exercise and company of my gym buddies. It was my life-line when I was at my lowest point.

It is so good for your mind as well as your body, and like you say, it''s a great way to meet people. I have a whole new circle of friends through my health club, and have dated two lovely guys as well that I met there, so it has been a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone to have something to focus on.
