I am writing a piece for YOU Magazine at The Mail on Sunday about people who represent themselves in the divorce court. I would love to hear about your experiences, good or bad. Interviews would be anonymous.

Not represnting myself but would love you to write a piece about how divorce is so wrong in this country and the injustice that happens.

Many people on here have had a realy bad time and some of the outcomes are very unfair.

The whole system needs to be looked at any any help from the media would help.

Regards

I have previously represented myself in Civil Court and Inner House, both actions concluded successfully in my favour. These actions were in Scotland and there are many differences in Scots Family Law with very little guidance. Both were immensely stressful at a time when I was immensely vulnerable in many ways....and both cases arose as a direct result of the conduct of a a solicitor...the latter point supported by a Sheriffs Judgement, A Lords Judgement and a Law Socirty Report.
