Hi, my name is Jay, 36, now single and from watford.

Ive been reading through these forums for sometime now and ive finally registered.

I''m currently going through the getting my name of a mortgage issue.

Im not sure if can be of any help to anyone but im hoping that once ive come out of the other side ill be able to help others.
