Exe has solicitor I don't , first hearing end of Oct.
I had to email them on the final day to ask if they intended to exchange , they did 20 minutes before close of business!
On inspection of ex's form E I found a few things wrong , missing pages from bank statements, non disclosure of at least 1 account ect and it was unsigned.
I think this has been done on purpose to trip me up somehow , they have been horrendous to deal with and have tried a number of bullying tactics.
Anyone had this happen to them and what was if any the purpose of not signing.

Thanks

Your next step is to raise a questionnaire asking for missing documents and clarification if some of the disclosure is unclear.
You can raise the unsigned Form E. I would write to request a Form E with a statement of truth (the signature page) that has either been signed by your ex or signed by them and sworn by him.
