Just wanted to post a positive comment about maintenance. My ex didn''t pay a court ordered maintenance order. I took him back to court myself costing me only £40, and with excellent advice from wikidivorce got myself an attachment of earnings order, so he has no choice now whether to pay me or not as the money comes straight from his employer. The magistrate was very understanding of my situation and made it clear to my ex his behaviour was unacceptable.
