It''s really to protect your partner, they could just agree to reduce the payment but we on wiki have seen this many times and out of the blue comes enforcement proceedings, your guy could of course tell the judge his ex agreed the reduction but with nothing on paper the judge would just enforce the original order, leaving him done up like a kipper.

Hi,

Thanks Dukey.

We have contacted our solicitor to get the ball rolling. And will see how it goes.

He does have a letter from her and the same letter was sent as an e-mail, but we will follow the official process and make sure all the boxes are ticked, so to speak.
