Hi My name is ram, need some advice. I am paying spousal maintenance and due to changes in my circumstances after communicating with my ex wife mutually agreed for a reduction. The Ancillary Relief is a court order. Do I have to go back to court to change the order or is there another way.

Thank you.

Hi,
Unfortunately (or fortunately) I am no expert as I don't pay SM. My understanding is that the variation should go back to court to be approved and made official.
