I have bought the Divorce & Consent Order package.

I am waiting for the court to agree the grounds for divorce so that the Consent Order can be agreed.

Our Financial Agreement Consists of:-

50/50 split on house, I get to keep the car and spousal maintenance of £1,200 for year, as I have not had a job for 19 years, other than working for my husband's business. I will still be working for him so some of the spousal maintenance will actually be wages.

He is keeping all his savings and ISA's and I will be keeping my 2 small pensions,

My husband is now saying he may not agree it, how do I stand and what will happen?

Many thanks

Helen
