In April I was awarded MPS of £350 pm non has ever been paid. In August I was awarded costs in a wasted costs order which hasn’t been paid. I applied for an enforcement hearing to deal with the above and non disclosure and for want of prosecution of the Decree Nisi by the applicant other side. I have been granted a hearing for 1 hour but its set for 30 January 2018 ... 3 months away. Is this the norm? Is there anyway to get this moved forward particularly in view of the non payment of MPS? Advice greatly received...
