My ex is taking me back to court for the 8th time to vary spousal maintenance. He never pays anyway. I am currently out of the country and the cost to me is mounting up and I can’t afford to keep going back. He is not submitting paperwork, altering bank statements etc.

I have been advised to make a D11 application to ask for The maintenance payments to start again whilst the hearing is being held or ask for a lump sum to tide me over in the interim. He currently owes approx £100,000 but is up to his eye in debt and a high mortgage. He does this in order not to pay maintenance so he can say he has no money.

Can anyone advise me of the best route to take please? I also need advise on how to fill in the Order sought on the D11. I have already taken out a D50K application to which the court has said they will refer to in court if they have time.

I would appreciate any advice.
Many thanks in advance.
