Hi, under our Consent Order I agreed to pay CM until the end of my two sons first degree courses. The youngest is approaching that point and hands his last piece of work over in May. My question is when does uni end? I pay my ex-wife the CM which she does not pass onto to my son. I have separately offered to give him some money to support him in his masters year. He needs my help ASAP to pay for London accommodation from June. So when can I stop paying CM? This is not defined in the Consnt Order

I would say you are pretty safe to say university/first degree has ended when the results come through - usually late June/early July.
