Hi, my son has left school after getting 7 gcse's at pass level or above. He wanted to join the RAF but failed the physical despite being an active MTB rider??
He hasn't had a full time job but apparently is thinking of going to college at the age of 18.
I am happy to support him, but if my ex goes the CMS route again - is it still calculated on the nights he spends spendme? He is an adult at the age of 18???

Thanks

It is my understanding that children in secondary education - up to Level/A level are eligible for child benefit and also child maintenance to the age of 20.
Why not give CMS a call to discuss your situation?
