Hi
My STBXH and I have reached a financial agreement in mediation
It involves both a monthly payment and an annual payment - this is because he receives a significant salary (215K) and then bonuses (average over last 3 years 75K)
The annual payment will be calculated from the bonuses so will be variable
The monthly payment will be fixed but is linked to both our salaries - if I get a better job then it will go down
We've devised a fancy spreadsheet and each year on the 1st May we just need to plug in the figures - his take home pay, my take home pay, his bonus payments and it spits out what he'll pay each month and what annual lump sum he needs to give me

My question is can we write this variability into a Consent Order?

Should the monthly figure be classed as child maintenance (it's more than the Mostyn calculator)
Should the annual figure be spousal?
Can it all be classed as global but we stipulate how it's worked out?

TIA
