Hi, does a married father at birth of child (now divorced) lose parental responsibility if he is not named as resident parent on a child arrangement order and mom is the one named on
court order who child lives with?

thanks

No. Parental Responsibility only ends if a child is legally adopted by adoptive parents, or a court removes PR because it is not in the child's interest for the father to have PR (this is rare), or if either the parent or child dies.
