can a pension get ignored? what if remarry

yes they are CETV. she has never wanted to make any payment to me and the pension issue has been used constantly so do you think if she will not back down it would be in my interest to go to court. i would prefer not to but unless i take her offer of nothing i cannot see any other way?

I don`t know any of your details so its not easy to say,

What you can be sure of is that court will be expensive so weigh up the potential cost against the potential gain,

Your best bet is to try mediation first then you will both better understand the issues and the real value of the pension.
