Hi Me123

To find a mediator you may like to try the Resolution website www.resolution.org.uk/.

There are various organisations for mediators that set guidelines and qualification requirements but Resolution is rather different. Originally, it was called the Solicitors Family Law Association and it is a group of people that have a special interest in family law. This includes mediators and other professionals working in this field. Some mediators are also qualified and practicing lawyers, whereas others have different backgrounds. Not all mediators will be Resolution members, but it may be a useful starting point for you.

Peter

P.S. Although I am a Resolution Affiliate Member, I am not a mediator.
