My stbx and I are splitting the equity in the house equally. He is self employed and I know has been doing cash jobs and stashing savings away. I had a littie savings that I transferred into my sisters name last November. I have worked for the NHS FOR 30 years and payed into their pension scheme. My husband has paid very little into his pension, will he be entitled to half of mine?

All assets are potentially 'in the pot' - You and he both have a duty to provide full disclosure so he is required to disclose any savings he has, and you will have to disclose what you have (including the money your sister is holding for you)

That said, it would be open to you to reach an agreement with him whereby you agree no to seek to dig into his affairs and calim his savings and he agrees not to claim against your pension
