hi wonder if anyone could help in my query
im due to go to court in a few weeks, for the 1st court appointment, 4 pension sharing,
problem being is my husband has gone awol,
what happens if he dosent turn up at court??
bigger worry is that i believe he is going to be leaving the country, if he already hasent!!!
does anyone know where i will stand?

If court order pension sharing leaving the country wont prevent its implementation.

Make sure you attend even if he doesn't, if he continues to attend eventually a judge will decide who gets what without his input, not to mention he will make the judge angry, and thats never wise.
