It was a Consent Order and this hearing took place four years after the Decree Absolute. It was a very unususual state of affairs, I discovered that my ex wife for whatever reason had been optong out of the occupation pension sceheme of her employers, but then there were many other things about my wife which I did not know hence the divorce. Anyway apparently she does not have a pension which I found astonishing. I am going to the CAB later on. I suspect that she has not been paying her solicior hence his failure to communicate any further information to me.

This is the pension sharing Annex
www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/form_p1_1205.pdf

As the recipient of a share my solicitor sent me a part-completed copy of P1 for checking and completion - I returned it to my solicitor who sent it to court - ie the solicitor usually oversees this final bit of the process - your ex's solicitor not being paid would probably bring it to a halt?
Will the delay in unifying the pension pots cause you pension damage?
