My children reside with their father.... does this mean that he gets 60% of his pension and 60% of mine too or can this be split 50:50???

Up to you two to decide between you what you are happy with. If you both have decent pensions there might be no pension sharing required

So because he is resident parent and may be entitled to 60% of all marrital assets... does he automatically also claim 60% pension??

He has a lump sum via redundancy already of £100,000 and gets £339 pension per month... my pension is deferred until Im 60.

Do I have to give him a % of my pension now or can it wait until it matures when im 60?

Im very lost.....
