I know you are under pressure but you cannot expect instant answers on this site! The people who may know the answers to your questions are not always logged on - or even if they are, they may be occupied elsewhere.

The answer to your question is that a £5k CETV is so negligible in pension terms that it is not appropriate to split it. The costs would outweigh the benefits. In fact it is so small that it probably would not be counted - or if it is, it would be offset against equity but the offset value is unlikely to be more than a couple of thousand pounds.
