Hi newjune,

Once a pension sharing order has been made, the order is sent, together with the full fee, to the pension provider. The pension provider then has 4 months to implement the order.

Once the order is implemented the % of your share is taken out of his pot.IF his pension is in payment, his income will fall by that percentage from the date of implementation.
