Hi

I have been divorced since Dec 06 and my ex has been living in the property.

We are still not financially settled, he has been requested to put the house on the market, but do I have the right without taking it to court, to put timelines on them to get the house sold?

Is there a Court order here ?

If so, what does it say about timescales, etc ? Does it contain the words ' liberty to apply ' ?

Mike

Hi, thanks for mssg and no court order in place due to cost of order being too expensive. I was quoted a significant amount to take this to court, which meant that there would be only limited funds left at the end of the case. Any advice?
