recived redemtion statement today from bank.
£90.032.47 incuding charges to close

mortgage.house value 3 valuations £117.000 to £120.000 and one on the market prce £125.000 another at £120.000

£1500 which becomes payable on the legal completion conveyancing for the sale £694.80 inclusive of VAT.Energy Performance Certificate at a cost of £99.00 plus vat

mean while im have been paying the mortgage as my wife left me in the maritual home from febuary. and the loan that is included in the £90.000 redemtion statement. also all the bills that came in up until febuary total £400.00.

she is living at parents at the moment then going to rent a house this week maybe.

i bought the house in 2004 with my nan.

i maried my wife in 2005 in 2006 i remorgaged put my wife on the house and mortgage, my nan signed over her halve in the house to us as a gift, as it was ex council house we had £30,000 equity after the 3 years of keeping the house. i paid £67.000 for the house in 2004.

i have maid offer to pay the loan and mortgage plus give my wife £7000 and execept unreasonable behaviour for devorce as she want quick devorce.

she said her solicotor is looking for at least £20,000 to buy her out.

im not good at maths but that dont work for me what will she get if she dont exept all i can borrow £7000 plus mortgage.

i hve 18 year old daugter full time education from previous partner she has 1 son 11 from previous partner no kids together.

she dont whan''t the house,we are both working earning £20000 a year each.

i have pension that is worth £4,000 but is a invetment pension that goes up or down.
any advice please

According to my calculations, after selling costs there would be approx £27700 profit from selling the house and she wants £20k of it after an 6 year childless marriage.

I think a 75/35 split in her favour would be unlikely.
