Hi

We own a property together, been married under 3 years as part of the Consent Order / financial agreement I want the house.

At what point can I get her out becasue at the moment she making a point that its hers (I pay all the bills - lucky me)

Both nanmes on the deeds/mortgage I assume when she signs (if) then shes no longer entitled?

How would one go about forcing the situation about getting her gone?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

If a consent order is signed then it will only become enforceable after Decree Absolute. If a consent order is not signed then she can stay there until a court tells her otherwise.
