my ex receives all the rent money for our second home by renting it out without discussing with me. Does anyone know the legal process for me to get my portion of the rent?

Yes, you need to get a Consent Order or a court order to resolve the finances of your marriage. In the long run it''s not a good idea to have a house with the ex, it will just lead to major hassle in the future. So it would make sense for one of you to buy out the other, or for it to be sold and the proceeds split.
