matrimonial home is in sole name of ex.... 2nd house bought after divorce with equity from Matrimonial home. Matrimonial Home has been a let for since 2006 when she bought 2nd house and move with children at the time. 2nd house mortgage is maintained by ex... Please read prior post for background info....
