Sorry, I don''t think anyone is going to tell you what you want to hear. What kind of advice and support do you want? A cheering crowd telling you that you''#re going to get a good outcome and to go for it? Sorry but that would be extremely bad advice and it is not in your best interests to tell you anything except the truth. The fact is, you do not have a case. You could see a solicitor for a free initial consultation (nothing to lose by doing that!), but I think you will find, they will tell you the same as us.

Cookie 2.... I appreciate your candid reply. I am considering representing myself as no one could articulate my situation better than myself. Perhaps a decision would go as you say. I am going to court in September so if you have insight to the courts thinking please explain this as much as possible. My understanding is it is not impossible to initiate proceedings at this stage. If my circumstances are the reasons for your '' zero '' chances for a positive outcome please elaborate a little. Length of marraige is 19 years

I think I have already given an explanation for my advice - several times, as has hadenoughnow.

But you seem quite determined to ignore it. Well that is up to you, if you think you know better, go for it. Be sure to come back here and let us know how you get on :)

Seems to me your explanation is based on the fact that time has passed by and it''s too late. Nothing else is that right

So because of this gap in action this would be a dead case. I have no other points to argue. I am after points I can push for beyond the obvious. Going to court with no points is my concern.... Nothing to offer me
Cookie 2?

I have offered you the best advice I can. I''m not sure how many times you want me to rephrase the same thing.

Don''t waste your time, money and effort trying to take this to court. I do not think you will get anywhere.
