i am self rep can someone help me these are my questions and issues that l have asked my ex recently and she has not answered me yet
Ref: form E Questionnaire
1. As to Section 2.5. The Petitioner is asked to disclose of any Life Insurance policies in which she is a named policy holder.
2. As to Section 2.8. The Petitioner is asked to provide a valuation of her motor vehicle she owns.
3. As to Section 2.11. The Petitioner is asked to disclose her business interest in the company she believes has been set up by her son. In disclosing her business interests in Premier medical staffing, the Petitioner is requested to clarify these points:
a) If business was originally in her name, could she disclose details of when it was transferred, what consideration / price was paid for it to be transferred and for documentary evidence in support.
b) If the business is a limited co. or private co. could the Petitioner furnish details about her shareholding, her son''s shares and how / when these were acquired and how they were paid for.
c) The petitioner is asked to provide all bank statements beyond 1 March 2012
d) If the business was simply transferred to her son and he did not pay for it
e) If the business is her son''s, can the petitioner clarify her on going involvement she has, either as a shareholder, employee or on any other basis and provide documentary evidence in support.
4. As to Section 2.15 It is noted that the Petitioner states her only income is from CTBF can the petitioner provide details why payments from New Linc Limited appear on her Halifax bank statements amounting to £172.76 over the period of the bank statements she has provided but have not been disclosed in her Form E,
The Petitioner is asked to provide details of where other payments if any from New Linc Limited have been disposed and whether these monies have been transferred to other parties/accounts. In relation to New Linc Limited the Petitioner is asked to provide the following further information:
a) copies of the last 3 pay slips and 12 months bank statements relating to New link Limited
b) whether the petitioner is still on New linc Limited payroll. If yes, the Petitioner is asked to provide a copy of her last 3 pay slips. If no, the petitioner is asked to provide a copy of her P45 and her last 3
they have written to me only yesterday 1 day before FDR no single answer to my questionnaire at all only an apology that they submitted their questions late they have asked me to provide bank statements to date but they have submitted bankstatements from oct 2010 l submitted from january 2011 l did not querry this in my questionnaire what should l do or say tomorrow in FDR in view of the fact that they only gave questionnaire yesterday. Also she wants 50% mortgage equity and yet she does not want to pay mortgage l have been paying for two years on my own now l am a full time student l work partime to pay the mortgage since l live with an 17 yr in fultime education how do l proceed tomorrow please help anyone

Hi Delta

You look well prepared. :).

You are going to need to let the judge handle this make sure he is aware at the start of the discrepancies and lack of response to your questions.

thank you for your kind words l was wondering whether we can continue the hearing without answers to questions asked they have also asked me questions but only submitted them yesterday like l said i appreciate your help l cant afford a solicitor as a fulltime student

Again an adjournment will be down to the judge on the day. My ex didn''t properly answer my questionaire but FDR continued!!. I expect it depends whether the judge considers the questions pertinant to agreeing a settlement.

I must admit though if you don''t know the full financial facts I think it makes the whole thing a bit of a farce. Hence mine ended up at Final Hearing.

anyone else with an opinion on my FDR tomorrow
also what are choices that the judge has in this case because my ex does not to talk at all and she has the money l guess l dont
