First appointmenet coming up, ex lives in FMH and has refused to allow me access to obtain property valuations. The valuations she is presenting are 9 months old. Would the court view these valuations as acceptable or should i request on my form E questionaire that she provide more up to date values?

I had 3 valuations done on MH a year ago, and had them redone a month ago and they are the same, so to be fair I don''t think prices have changed .

Not much difference i imagine at all. Just wondered if a judge would query the date of the valuation. Would like matters resolved sooner rather than later and am trying to avoid any further delays. Valuation is not straitforward in the first instance as house has structual problems that are set to be resolved via a already agreed insurance claim.

If you agree that the valuation is still a n accurate figure then the judge would have no reason to doubt it. The important fact here is agreement. If you want to contest the price and say that it should be lower (or higher) then it would become an issue. But if you agree the valuation is roughly correct then there''s no reason to make waves.
