That would be a bitter pill to swallow to say the least,after all she left my father 32 years ago set up home with another man(with my dads funding) basically in my eye,s stole his money ,lost him best part of £100,000.Then gets evicted from the property only to creep back to my fathers to press the reset button and start all over again.Not a very nice thing to say that i dont know her any more.
If left and my father does ,say loose his marbles i know she will get the nice" mr bank lend me more money on the house man around " again.

Yes, that may well be true. But unless your father is prepared to do something about it, there''s not a lot you can do. You can lead him to water but he must choose to drink.

Yes he is fully aware and wants to ensure that she does,nt do any thing or indeed get any more.
One further thing ,i thought if you left for more than 2 years in marriage the marriage was void?? just a thoughtbut may be wrong.

What makes me laugh is when i have a go at her about it she claims she done nothing wrong..Err "sorry but you were fully aware of another persons interest in the property when you took the loan out" Some families a?
