People on here have given some really good advice, all I want to add is that if your kids have another female influence (hopefully a positive one) in their lives,it can only be a good thing surely?

Your kids will love you more for supporting their experiences and adventures with their dad and his new partner.

Good luck x

You have been given such sensible grown up advice all of which I applaud and am amazed at. Don''t get me wrong - I think all the posters are correct - but I feel your pain - how does something that has to be done involve such an act that is such hard work. It is another of the injustices of this that we are the ones left hurt and the ones expected to make it right for everyone else. It''s a big ask. I just wanted you to know I am sending my support.
