financial hearing

I am self representing myself in the final hearing,for ancillary relief.
He is bringing a cd saying, that i tried to blackmail him, asking for money, when i only had said to settle things other than payiing solicitors. He is also bringing witnesses to say he has given them money. Are the witnesses going to be there in person. the fdr went well, in the sense that the judge said, I had the child, made the
most contribution, and short marriage of 7 years, and i was older than him, me being 45 he being 38. so i went for a 40/60 split, but he wants joint valuation of properties done. can anyone help please. Ruku

The main support I can offer is to re-assure you that the best indication you have had of what will happen at the FH is that the result will be very much in the same ballpark as suggested by the Judge at the FDR.

The CDs and witnesses you mention seem to be pretty irrelevant points.

The judge knows the law and knows what matters, which from your post is this bit.."I had the child, made the most contribution, and short marriage of 7 years, and i was older than him".

All the mud thrown back and forth doenst matter.

Don't panic, don't accept less than the judge suggested you were entitled to at the FDR.

It will all be OK.
