This is for a man who would rather not ask himself.

None molest and occupation order.

At the moment there is an undertaking in place with a final hearing soon, the guy has refused the allegations made by his ex, the undertaking lasts until the final hearing.

Divorced for some years now with a child together, both alledged violence he says its her she says its him, lots of police visits, no arrests or cautions, the latest incident is his ex says he hit her and has a witness, he says he has a witness that says she made it up, the judge has asked ext messages be transcribed for the final hearing.

He is LIP she has legal aid, her solicitor says they will be seeking full costs and its a lot, he has no money to pay if ordered.

His questions

Who will win

Will he be made to pay the costs if he loses.

Tarrrr very much.

Q1 - No idea, its not possible (usually) to predict who will "win", or what the actual outcome will be.

Q2 - Its possible he will get a Costs Order against him, but if he doesn''t have the means to pay, then there is little point in doing so.
