:)

I would like to share my experience and news.

With the invaluable help from Dukey and others I thank you so much. This site has been a g-d send and for that I am so very grateful.

I had my FDR and despite the ex refusing to disclose including cohabitants details the judge ruled in my favour. It was not about being greedy, revengeful or spiteful it was about justice and the inconsiderate thoughtless way he treated not only myself but our children including making them homeless!! He has no assets but earns and it was ruled he should pay a nominal maintenance order for all the financial suffering I have endured throughout and after our marriage. Pensions were also awarded to me despite me not requesting these. The Judge realised that I had married a deceitful self centred individual despite all his attempts to discredit me and our marriage.

My advice is never to give up. I went in with the attitude I have nothing so therefore I have nothing to lose. I won and I know have the closure so needed and a very unhappy ex.

Good luck to you all

Great news Rebecca!

Everyone''s circumstances are different but stories like yours give me hope that justice will eventually be done in my own case: just completed a D11 and submitted it to the court on my own (fed up with solicitor''s ''efforts'' up til now).

Dear Rebecca - yes, well done! As already posted on here, in answer to another OP, I find reading of successful outcomes very inspirational! So thanks, helps a lot to imbue me with woefully lacking confidence! Well done again!
