I''ve learnt that wikipeeps rarely answer my questions - if they leave me for 24hrs, I read more threads and find out the answers for myself :D

Errr what are you asking, does an LIP need form H?, if so only if you have lawyer costs relating to AR, if you are LIP from the beginning then no forget it.

I''ve got lawyer costs from previous proceedings in Scotland that I need to list, but I''ve already asked about those.

My thread was about other costs incurred as LIP and where to put them - but as I say, I found the answer so deleted the question!

www.wikivorce.com/divorce/DIY-Divorce-Re...me-and-expenses.html (but it appears to have gone up to £18/hr)

Form H only deals with costs from AR proceedings, also I have never known an LIP claim costs, technically you can but it''s a bit of grey area.
