I owned my own flat prior to meeting my husband. We married just before I sold it. When sold I used the profit as a deposit for 1st house (and 1st mortgage) together. A few years later profit from this house was used as deposit for current house. Current house is in my name only as is mortgage. Does this have any bearing on Separation Agreement. I really do not want to leave my house.
