Hello I did not receive my share of the matromonial home at time of divorce due to my husband was running our coach hire business from the home. He is now retired can I now claim my share.

We need to know the terms if there was a legal document registered with the courts settling the finances on divorce. If there isn''t a Separation Agreement or court order we would then need to know how long you have been divorced.
