I am divorcing my husband, there are no children or property involved. My husband has agreed to everything so far but is now stalling and will not sign the financial order (in which he benefits), he has not instructed a solicitor as yet. My solicitor has now phoned him and has recommended another solicitor for him to use, is this normal, it seems a tad unprofessional?
