Hi! Action your post also helped with my spirits 3 years so far 5 months to sell house as ex would not agree a price.Friday it was sold now looking for a house but like you going from large 6 bedroom to a new 4 bed with small garden,i am feeling nothing but guilt for the children and worries of money but like you living expenses for this large house eat away at any money I have.

Good luck with your house move Sim. I was lucky in that my boys are grown up. You must not feel guilty for the children. You are, I''m sure, doing your very best for them.
Even though my house is much smaller than my old one, I just don''t feel compromised with space and ''grandeur'' at all. I love it, and my freedom, more and more every day.
