I havent actually seen my ex for ....mmmmm lets think.....gotta be 3 1/2 years!
Last night I went to pick my grandson up from my daughters,he was due to pop round there but was late so was still there when I arrived. I saw his car outside and my Mum said "Im staying in the car" Thanks Mum !! :)
He was sitting very sheepishy on the sofa...I walked in ....hurried my granson out and gave No eye contact to the ''snake in the grass''
He slithered up and said Hello, I replied and went on with my business......he peeked outside to see what car I now had.....''whatever''!!
Anyways, my reason for posting is...........
I have DREADED this point, he upped and went 4 years ago out of the blue and I completely crumbled! I walked around with a pain in my chest for at least 6 months, then it appeared again whenever anything to do with him was mentioned! But last night it was NOWHERE to be seen! I''m over the moon! because although I will be forever sad my family was broken by him, I have moved myself on, we have control about that but not the physically pains that come with it, so I now know that terrible, uncontrollable pain has also moved on!
Yipee! Keep going, it really really does get better xx

I know it seems like he has broken the family up. But thats not how it is really. He has just removed himself. And good ones to you for handling it like a champ when you saw him.

I have not seen my ex for a V long time. I saw the OM about 4 or more years ago in Tesco''s. I stood in line at the self scan (singles isle) and guess who was standing in front of me. The short fat hairy little man. He is about 5'' tall and I am 6''2" and I tower over him. I had just come back from the gym and I had my muscle shirt on and trackies. And he turned round all he could see was my shirt and his eyes went up to my face. I just grinned at him. He scurried out quickly. Not even sure he completed the payment lol.

Apart from this.. Only time I saw the family and they did not look happy at all. Outside B&Q and I drove past. What a mess she looked my ex. I know I am bound to say that. But all the weight has come back on. Double chin and all.

Thing is we have suffered the pain. Come out the other side. Better and stronger and they look so tiny and old and horrible now. Make me wonder what we ever saw and to think I broke my heart of that sad waste of space. Never mind.. C.
