New year, new start, what resolutions are people making ?
I have 2 to start with. , stop wanting to know what Stbx is up to with his new girlfriend and stop letting him manipulate me emotionally. Not sure I will keep either !

They are the same 2 resolutions I know I should make but I''d probably break them the very same week :(
I wish you luck :)

I have stopped smoking. Well kind of. I am using those electronic cig things. And its actually really good. Two weeks without a cigarette.

My plan is to gradually lower the strength of the liquid it uses and then stop completely. Ive worked out that I should be saving about £200 a month by not buying cigs. :D

Well done stumpy, they can be a way to give up or help reduce the harm from cigarette smoking, I''m not doing as well with my resolutions , but time will help.

Samz I would highly recommend an electronic cig. Not one of those disposable ones from the corner shop though. The rechargeable and refillable ones. Theyre bloody great.

Its now been over two weeks, not even wanted a real smoke. With a little luck I''ll cut the liquid''s nicotine content down and be able to stop completely. :)

Well my NY resolution I made with my girlfriends was to have a mammogram. Duly went along to local screening clinic. Was recalled a week later. Not worried at all. However a biopsy shows that I have very early stage of breast cancer. Op end of this month. I thank goodness for this new year resolution that I kept to. Otherwise I would never have known :)
