Appeal by the Wife against orders in ancillary relief proceedings.  Appeal allowed.

A a judgement specific to the case in which the district judge was found to have not tested the fairness of the order he had made when awarding a settlement that he had intended to provide sufficient for the Wife to have a modest mortgage-free future in smaller accommodation together with a 'meaningful' contribution towards her pension.
